We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in fine dining, an excellent professional demeanour, fluency in English and an impeccable, customer-focused attitude. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious gastronomic project, with a young, demanding and highly professional team.
Duties:
Provide exquisite, precise and highly professional front-of-house service.
Attend to and guide guests throughout the dining experience.
Explain dishes, techniques and preparations with confidence and fluency in English.
Coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure smooth service.
Prepare the dining room, mise en place and control standards.
Manage orders, payments and monitor customer needs.
Maintain an impeccable image and a professional attitude at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in dining room service.
Previous experience in haute cuisine (essential).
C1 level English, spoken and written (essential).
Excellent presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable manners.
Ability to work in demanding, detail-oriented environments.
Permanent full-time contract.
4 days of service: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (10 hours/day).
3 consecutive days off: Saturday, Sunday and Monday. xohynlm
