Overview The C&B Manager supports GXO's Continental Europe team in delivering strategic compensation and benefits initiatives.
This includes maintaining job architecture, managing incentive and benefits plans, leading gender pay gap analysis, and supporting the annual compensation cycle.
The role involves data analysis, benchmarking, and collaboration with HR and global C&B teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholders: HRDs, HRBPs, HR Managers, European leadership, Global Total Rewards
Key Responsibilities Partner with global / regional C&B teams on compensation and benefits strategy and execution
Deliver annual compensation cycle: data management, training, manager support, and outcome processing
Design and manage incentive schemes across multiple levels and geographies
Oversee benefits strategy and vendor management, including renewals and tax optimization
Maintain job architecture and conduct job evaluations and benchmarking
Lead EU Pay Transparency implementation and gender pay gap reporting
Develop compensation metrics and insights for leadership
Administer bonus payouts and support LTIP processes
Participate in compensation surveys and support M&A-related compensation analysis
Review and align local compensation policies with business strategy
Skills & Experience Strong English communication; additional European languages a plus
Deep understanding of European C&B practices
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with salary surveys, job evaluation, and compensation planning tools
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality

Qualifications Degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years in C&B roles
