We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to expand our presence in international markets, especially Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking regions.

About the role:

You will be responsible for developing and managing international clients, driving sales, and positioning Ecuadorian flowers — especially roses and summer flowers — in competitive global markets.

Must-have requirements:

Fluent English and Russian (Preferred)
\n
Proven experience in international sales or export markets
\n
Strong negotiation and client management skills
\n
Ability to open new markets and close deals
\n
Results-driven mindset

Key responsibilities:

Develop and manage international client portfolios

Prospect and open new markets
\n
Handle commercial negotiations and follow-ups

Coordinate orders and ensure excellent client experience

Contribute to integral sales strategy
