P First Point Group is recruiting for a strong Technical Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer (RF | RAN | Radio) /strong on behalf of a leading global telecommunications technology provider. The successful candidate must have 5+ years’ experience in strong network solutions delivery /strong or strong technical pre-sale /strong s, deep understanding of strong4G/5G Wireless technologies (Private Wireless/OpenRAN is a massive bonus) /strong, and strong customer presentation pre-sales experience. /p p This is an outstanding opportunity with in an innovation-driven culture that offers you an international remit. With international career opportunities and exposure to Tier 1 operators. /p p In short, you will b drive the technical sales /b b process /b by aligning advanced network solutions with customer business and technical requirements across complex telecom and enterprise environments throughout EMEA. /p pbem*****PLEASE NOTE - sponsorship cannot be provided (candidates must have valid rights to work in Europe). This role is remote with willingness for European travel (20 to 30% of the time). /em /b /p pb Responsibilities /b /pulli Supporting the end-to-end technical sales cycle for network services and solutions across the EMEA region. /lili Applying deep expertise in network technologies and industry best practices to develop scalable, high-quality technical proposals. /lili Analysing customer environments to craft compelling value propositions and articulate clear competitive differentiation. /lili Building awareness of network services and solutions within key accounts and strategic markets. /lili Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to position integrated, end-to-end solutions. /lili Acting as a trusted technical advisor to executives, business sponsors, and subject matter experts. /lili Monitoring industry trends, standards, customer initiatives, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities. /lili Leading RFx responses, developing solution architectures, building proof-of-concepts and demonstrations, and delivering customer presentations. /lili Leveraging in-depth product and services knowledge to align tailored solutions with specific client requirements. /li /ul pb Experience and skills /b /pulli Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related technical discipline. /lili7+ years’ experience in the telecommunications or communications industry. /lili5+ years’ experience in network solutions delivery and/or technical pre-sales. /lili Strong understanding of mobile network technologies including RAN, 4G, 5G, Private Wireless and/or OpenRAN is a massive bonus. /lili Proven experience in customer requirements analysis, solution design, project planning, and deployment. /lili Experience presenting at all levels within customer organisations, including C-level stakeholders. /lili Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ul pb Why this opportunity stands out /b /pulli Strategic, customer-facing role influencing high-impact network transformation programmes. /lili Opportunity to position cutting-edge solutions within new and emerging technology domains. /lili Exposure to industry-leading customers across EMEA. /li /ul
