Responsibilities

Territory: Leveraging global/regional guidance, build local strategy & execution plan and coverage. Manage agency teams, ensuring coverage effectiveness and execution excellence. Capture data and insights to meet target metrics and create feedback loops for GRS teams and broader stakeholders.

E-commerce Strategy: - Establish and leverage local customer journey maps to design and deliver unique Microsoft product experiences on Amazon.
- Lead a cross-functional e-commerce marketing council, driving alignment, efficiency, and synergy across owned & operated, digital direct, and partner channels.
- Activate e-commerce sales motions through digital marketing excellence, mobile-first executions, and social commerce.
- Influence online conversion through seamless and connected experiences.
- Optimize conversion and customer journey by landing and maintaining programs and experiences.

Consumer and Partner Marketing Execution: - Localize global strategy, campaigns, and assets to territories, driving adoption and usage of global programs, platforms, and playbooks.
- Build a Gaming marketing calendar that includes key product campaigns, seasonal beats, and launches across markets and partners.
- Align and coordinate marketing plans across disciplines, working closely with Partner Marketers, Partner Readiness & Influence, Global Media, Integrated Marketing, PR, and Category.
- Drive and activate an e-commerce strategy and playbook.
- Land best-in-class product launches, key seasonal initiatives, and sustain marketing.

Execution Excellence: - Participate actively in the Gaming channel marketing community for effective communication.
- Deliver against timelines, budgets, and scorecards while capitalizing on innovation opportunities.
- Create and review monthly and quarterly feedback/reporting for business milestones and excellence.
- Analyze and share insights from ratings, reviews, and voice-of-the-customer.
- Leverage analytics and insights to improve investment strategies and marketing impact.
- Ensure brand consistency and a deep understanding of customer, competitive, and marketing landscapes.
- Proficient across Microsoft programs, platforms, and tools.

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND experience in digital, retail, channel marketing, or related areas, or equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
- Experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales.
- Success in marketing and execution planning, especially Retail Marketing with Consumer Technology products.
- Experience building integrated marketing plans across disciplines.
- Proven track record with partners, growth, and performance metrics.
- Understanding of digital buying journeys, sales channels, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellence in marketing execution and ROI, with skills in planning, operations, creative execution, and analytics.
- Experience with new product launches.
- Passion for Gaming.
- Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and demonstrate agility and risk-taking.
