Our client is a Multinational leading global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of pool equipment and automation systems. Based on the Group's growth plans in Europe, is looking for a: TRADE MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER EUROPE Location: Madrid or France (Lyon area) Reporting to the Product & Marketing Strategy Manager Europe, he/she will develop marketing strategy to accelerate the selling out of its products and its brand presence along Europe. Responsibilities: Manage the annual budget for Marketing & Communication to ensure maximum ROI within the marketing plan Ensures brand delivery and consistency across all markets ensuring the implementation of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, loyalty programs, or any other initiatives as defined. Design and supervise the communication plan either operational or digital Jointly with Sales leaders designs marketing programs to increase awareness, build categories and grow demand for its products as well as directing promotional support. Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs, determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars. Participates in competitive intelligence by analyzing the different means and methods of communication used by the competition. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience managing marketing programs, preferable with an industrial background, working with cross-functional teams, external marketing agencies and other vendors. Pool Sector's experience would be an advantage Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, together with strong computer skills including MS Office required. Fluent English (mandatory) - Spanish & French are a plus.
