To support continued regional growth, they are now seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and drive marketing strategy across the European region .Position SummaryThe Marketing Director – EU Region will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning, drives growth, and enhances customer engagement across Europe. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of B2B and B2C automotive marketing, regional market dynamics, and the ability to lead diverse, cross-border marketing teams. The position is remote, based in Spain, with some travel as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy in line with global brand and business objectivesOversee all areas of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, communications, and market intelligenceCollaborate closely with regional sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goalsDrive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing channelsManage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns and initiativesAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-makingBuild and lead a high-performing, regionally distributed marketing teamCoordinate with global HQ to ensure brand consistency and leverage global assets locallyOversee regional events, PR, and trade show participation to enhance brand visibilityQualifications10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the automotive or industrial sectorsProven success in leading marketing functions across multiple European marketsStrong expertise in digital marketing, CRM, branding, and product marketingExperience in both strategic planning and hands-on executionExcellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performanceFluent in English ;
additional European languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
