Experteer Overview As IT Field Service Engineer PACS / RIS in Madrid, you deliver on-site IT support for enterprise imaging environments. You will ensure system availability and expert incident handling across PACS, RIS, and related tools, while training users and driving workflow improvements. You act as the key on-site liaison among clinicians, IT, and vendors, enabling continuous, high-quality diagnostic operations. Your work supports 24/7 radiology workflows and clinical outcomes, with opportunity to shape system upgrades and adoption. This role combines hands-on technical authority with customer-focused service in a dynamic healthcare setting.Compensaciones / Beneficios - On-site incident identification, reporting and escalation within Service Organization - Manage daily operation, configuration and stability of enterprise imaging apps (PACS, RIS, Voice Recognition, post-processing tools) - Monitor DICOM data lifecycle from acquisition to archival;
resolve data integrity issues - Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user faults;
participate in on-call rotations - Design and deliver user training for Radiologists, Technologists, Physicians;
act as mentor - Collaborate on system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations;
conduct workflow analysis - Perform charge capture reconciliation and generate utilization/compliance reports - Liaise with clinical end-users, IT teams, and vendors;
