This is a mid-level position, but we welcome applicants with little or no experience. Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client's success.
Assist customers with travel-related issues.
Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference!).
~ Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
