Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee alllogisticsoperations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution. Develop and execute logisticsand supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization. Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliers and external logistics partners. Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and company policies related tologisticsand transportation. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and develop thelogisticsteam while creating efficient operational processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations. Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process optimization. Requirements Proven experience as aLogisticsDirector, SeniorLogisticsManager, or similar leadership role is mandatory. Extensive experience inlogistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and inventory operations. Relevant higher education studies inLogistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields are required. Strong background in internationallogistics, imports/exports, and distribution operations. Experience managing teams and leading operationallogisticsfunctions in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency inlogisticssoftware, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
