Pleo's GTM Enablement team is on a mission. Of course we are, everyone's on a mission at a company growing as fast as Pleo.

The Enablement team is expanding, and we now seek an Enablement Specialist for the Southern Europe teams to unlock even more of our Account Executives' potential. In this role, you will develop skills, knowledge, and content to ensure our customer-facing professionals maximize every interaction. What's the role?

Fluency in Spanish & English (our company language)

As part of our GTM Enablement team, the Enablement Specialist will report to a Global Enablement Manager. You will be responsible for enabling and enhancing the productivity of the Southern Europe Sales Function, from onboarding new hires to ongoing development for experienced sellers. You will ensure all Account Executives are knowledgeable about resources and curriculum necessary to engage effectively with customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Sales team masters key sales skills such as lead, pipeline, and opportunity management (e.g., social selling, qualification), discovery and demos, pitching, objection handling, and negotiation to ensure continued success.

As the Southern Europe Enablement Specialist, you will support the design, implementation, and management of all enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing development. You will also support function-specific training and have the flexibility to innovate with new tools and resources.

This role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams, so comfort with cross-functional alignment and strategy is essential.

We seek someone passionate about helping others succeed, eager to work in a dynamic, evolving role, with a hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking.

What we need from you on your first day :

* 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Enablement or similar functions (learning and development, training, onboarding) with a proven track record of target achievement.
* Or 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success across prospecting, outbound, conversion, and nurturing.
* Curiosity and a desire to learn new skills and tackle challenges.
* Strong communication skills, including presenting, editing, and writing, with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to design and deliver effective content both on-demand and in-person.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Tella, Canva, Google Slides).
* Experience with survey design and analysis.
* Experience integrating digital emerging technology into learning & development programs.
* A team player capable of gaining buy-in across departments and levels of seniority.
