Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Web Developer position located at our facility in Alfonso. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining user-friendly websites and web applications. Key tasks include developing features with clean and efficient code, testing for functionality, maintaining website performance, and optimizing web experiences for multiple devices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, is integral to this role to ensure projects meet organizational goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in web development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and knowledge of front-end frameworks
Familiarity with SEO principles and website optimization
Problem-solving and debugging skills to maintain and troubleshoot website performance
Ability to collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams to meet project goals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility testing is a plus
