This role is located in the Strategy & Planning Department, which is in charge of the OKR implementation across a group of companies.
Our department helps over 4,000 people navigate the planning and execution process every quarter, opening 1,000+ quarterly goals, tracking their execution, and submitting the results.
This volume of work requires the right tools, automation, and reporting, as well as a person who will take ownership and make it great. We use JIRA as our OKR platform.

Responsibilities Tooling
- Own and maintain the OKR tools (JIRA) for a group of companies
- Build self-service tools for teams to track, update, and report OKRs
- Work with IT to ensure secure and scalable systems
- Support the training and onboarding of internal teams on tools
- Maintain tool documentation
Reporting
- Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking
- Enable executive reporting and alignment views
Automation
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work
- Implement reminders and alerts to drive quarterly compliance
- Automate data collection and result aggregation
Feedback
- Gather and address stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- JIRA Administration
- Project management
- Experience with reporting tools
- Clear communication appropriate for the audience level
- Advanced written and spoken English is required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OKR methodology and strategy execution frameworks
- Experience in high-scale environments (1000+ people)
- Experience with AI tools integration
- Experience in iGaming / betting
