Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Madrid. The idóneo candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in B2B sales.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.
This requires a strong understanding of customer needs and challenges, as well as the ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations. A collaborative approach with internal teams is also key for success.
Skill Requirements
1. Clinical fluency in German (C2) & English (B2), knowledge of inbound sales or content-driven techniques would be an asset.
2. No less than 6-12 months experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales preferably within SaaS, coupled with commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
3. Strong negotiation presentation, interpersonal communication skill bended towards a consultative approach utilizing any existing relevant social/interpersonal skills as appropriate.
