Responsibilities
- Analyze, validate, and optimize water treatment processes from an integrated perspective: design, commissioning, and operation.
- Evaluate vigente plant performance against design criteria.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex process issues in operating plants.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance plant stability and performance.
- Provide technical support to projects in operation and engineering phases.
- Support EPC and Business Development teams in plant design and new proposal preparation.
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of process and operational documentation.
- Help reduce recurring technical issues through structured analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, EPC, and Operations teams.
- Support the development of a future Technical Engineering and Process Management function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary, Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydraulic and/or process engineering, preferably in water treatment.
- Strong knowledge of design, commissioning, and operation of water treatment plants (WWTP/DWTP).
- Solid analytical skills and technical judgment for solving complex problems.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments (EPC, operations, development).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Proactive profile with high growth potential and results-oriented mindset.
