You will bridge SAP RI SE/Cloud ERP transformation challenges with DMLT capabilities, leading presales, defining architectures, and delivering transformational outcomes for strategic customers. You’ll work across technical and business domains to shape data migration and transformation programs, presenting value to executive audiences. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on architecture to drive data-centric transformations at scale.

• Orchestrate end-to-end presales and solutioning for SAP RI SE and cloud ERP transformations, guiding data migration initiatives
• Lead strategic selling activities, bid management, and solution demonstrations
• Own opportunities from discovery to closure, coordinating with sales and SMEs
• Lead technical assessment workshops to define project scope and transformation requirements
• Define solution approaches and blueprints for data migration and transformation projects
• Design architecture for data consolidation and harmonization using DMLT portfolio and SAP stack
• Present SAP RI SE / BDC / AI capabilities to exec audiences, articulating business value
• Drive adoption of automation topics within projects and develop reusable assets
• Collaborate with engagement architects, solution experts, and delivery teams for alignment and execution
• Identify automation opportunities to continuously improve delivery and assets
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in SAP services sales or pre-sales with proven complex solution selling
• 5+ years in bid approval and bid management processes
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions or Divestitures, or data transformation execution
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration and various transition scenarios
• Basic understanding of SAP FI, CO, MM, xpzdshu SD and ability to articulate processes and impacts
• Deep business/functional expertise in Finance, Logistics, BW/BDC, or Data Integration
• SAP project management experience with ability to create project plans, RACIs, and SOWs
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and Portuguese desired
