Job description
We are looking for a Product & Integrations Agent to join our team in Alicante. Our future teammate would be part of the Product department in the destination. As a part of the department the ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and optimizing Product and Sales development and also have a strong relationship with our clients.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, B2B online marketing.
* Be in contact with the hoteliers and TTOO to check allotment and offers.
* Manage client complaint with the TTOO and other internal departments.
* Give support with the IT system to the hoteliers
* Organising Famtrips and assist them.
* Manage the special requests of the TTOO and coordinate these needs internally.
* Support the contract manager
* Yield Management.
* Set up and follow up with sales and battle field reports/statistics. Ability to analyse the different distribution channels.
* Booking department basic tasks to understand the operation and clients processes.
* Management of the distribution channels of MTS Globe through the Channel Manager between the hotel and the incoming agency for our Tour Operator clients.
* Ensure the correct updating of data in all distribution channels of the online contracts.
* Ensure the correct commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and destination delegations.
* Ability to analyse the different distribution channels.
Requirements
* 1 year’s minimum experience in DMC/Incoming or Hotel chain
* Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and Business Partners
* Excellent communications and negotiation skills between providers/clients.
* Self-motivate and manage multiple tasks.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Driving License and own car.
* High level of English and Spanish required, other languages are a plus.
