This is a dynamic role that requires technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in team management. /pp To learn more about us, visit our website: /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /pp Manage plant logistics activities and oversee the daily performance of the department to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, and continuous improvement. /p p Key responsibilities include: /p ollib Coordinate and manage the company’s operational flow and the personnel involved to ensure results. /b /li /olulli Collect, process, and circulate information to meet customer demands. /lili Manage requests (revised forecast and industrial sales plan). /lili Ensure product flow through the company by: /lili Securing supply of necessary products for production. /lili Coordinating planning processes (Industrial Sales Plan – Master Production Schedule – Sequencing – Net Requirements Calculation / KANBAN). /lili Organizing the supply chain (planning supply, production, and distribution) considering customer constraints, internal limitations, and best practices. /lili Implementing, monitoring, and improving logistics processes and associated personnel. /lili Supervising internal flows to optimize costs (equipment and labor) and execution times. /lili Managing inventory and actions to improve reliability. /lili Supporting new project launches and assessing their impact on logistics (space, equipment, labor requirements). /lili Ensuring ERP data accuracy with the team and keeping customer data updated. /li /ulpb2. Organize, manage, and allocate resources to guarantee on-time product delivery at optimal cost and in compliance with specifications. /b /pulli Study and implement resources (equipment, software, etc.) to improve logistics performance. /lili Verify accuracy of transmitted information and compliance with standards. /lili Manage relationships with logistics service providers in coordination with the purchasing department. /li /ul pb3.
