We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) with 4+ years of experience who’s excited to transform Influencity’s challenges into intuitive, scalable, and meaningful digital solutions.

# Key Responsibilities
Design and evolve end-to-end UX/UI experiences for a B2B SaaS product
Turn business insights, data, and research into clear, actionable design solutions
Create beautiful and highly functional interfaces, ensuring consistency through Design Systems
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and designers to ship impactful features
Participate in Agile rituals (sprints, refinements, reviews)
Validate hypotheses through research, testing, and results analysis
Keep clear documentation of your process and design decisions
# Experience & Technical Skills
4+ years as Product Designer / UX/UI Designer in digital products
Proven experience in SaaS products (ideally B2B)
Strong end-to-end design process : research → ideation → prototyping → validation → handoff
Research mindset: choose the right methodology and extract actionable learnings
Strong visual/UI craft + attention to detail + Design Systems experience
Organized and comfortable managing complexity while delivering on sprint timelines
Experience in Agile / continuous delivery environments
Clear, persuasive communication across technical, business, and executive audiences
Proactive, positive, collaborative, and comfortable giving/receiving feedback
# Soft Skills & Mindset
Experience in data/analytics products or complex platforms
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience scaling or evolving a large Design System
Familiarity with product metrics, UX KPIs, user behavior analysis
Continuous testing experience
