To strengthen our Business Unit DACH, we are currently looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Consultant (m / f / d).
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting skilled professionals and executives across Europe (main focus: DACH region) and will manage the placement of mid- to senior-level positions, including executive roles, across various industries.
Your responsibilities:
1. End-to-end recruitment management: Take full ownership of the recruitment process from A to Z at both national and international levels, from initial client briefing to successful placement.
2. Proactive candidate sourcing: Use active sourcing techniques on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing), databases, networks, referrals, and tools like Smapick to identify and approach candidates.
3. Expert candidate interviews: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills and soft skills, ensuring candidates fit the role requirements.
4. Account management & client communication: Work closely with clients to understand needs, offer solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Your profile:
* Education: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Experience: Initial recruiting experience is a plus; experience in direct candidate sourcing is highly valued.
* Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy.
* Work style: Autonomous and proactive.
* Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus, German is an advantage.
