October 1st, 2025.We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking and relating.What does this internship consist of? In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program ( #DISCOVER ) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential for developing as future professionals. You will have the opportunity to study a Master organized in three training blocks, allowing you to discover the skills most in demand today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The internship will start in early October 2025 and last 11 months (August is excluded for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.Internship Job Description
You will join the Rear Fuselage and Empennage Aerostructure Procurement team working on A320 fuselage sections, focusing on maintaining competitiveness and supporting the Single Aisle program ramp-up. You will participate in supplier selection and contract management procurement processes, as well as support procurement negotiations.Main activities and projects:
Contribute to sourcing activities, including call for tenders, contractual and commercial negotiations.Support competitiveness analysis for supplier selection as part of the Aerostructure Procurement strategy.Assist in enablement analysis, business case consolidation, and contractual amendments.Analyze materials price evolution for relevant Aerostructures work packages.Interface with suppliers and Airbus departments to prepare dossiers for validation of industrial means/tooling.Assist in creating amendments to existing contractual frameworks.Support commercial negotiations with suppliers for technical modifications, claims, etc.Required skills:
Engineering degree or similar, high willingness to learn, ability to interact with transnational teams, and proficiency in English negotiation level and Spanish minimum B1. Office knowledge.Valuable additional skills include analytical and problem-solving skills, team spirit, collaboration skills, and the ability to work in complex international environments.Why should you apply?
