Regional Marketing Specialist – UK & Scandinavia (Maternity Cover)

We’re hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to lead marketing across the UK and Scandinavia, driving demand and supporting ambitious growth plans in a key region.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of regional strategy, work closely with sales, and execute campaigns that directly influence pipeline and revenue.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the regional marketing plan, working cross-functionally with global teams to ensure campaigns are both locally relevant and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the marketing strategy for the UK & Scandinavia
Drive demand generation aligned to sales objectives
Partner closely with sales to support pipeline growth
Define and track marketing KPIs, optimising performance through data
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, events, webinars)
Localise global content and create region-specific campaigns
Manage budget allocation and evaluate ROI
What We’re Looking For
~5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B
~ Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
~ Strong understanding of digital marketing and events
~ Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
~ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise performance
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Language Requirements
Fluent English (essential)
Scandinavian language (beneficial but not essential)
Nice to Have
Experience working across UK and Nordic markets
Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments
