Our client is a leading global fashion retailer, operating in 200+ online and 90+ offline markets worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-level digital solutions, working with a modern tech stack and delivering measurable business value.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office at least twice per week.
IF YOU AREAn experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practicesConfident in backlog management, prioritization techniques, and roadmap planningSkilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaExperienced in stakeholder management and expectation alignment, including senior client-side stakeholders across multiple countriesComfortable working with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, business, QAExperienced in driving discovery activities: workshops, interviews, hypothesis validationSolid understanding of non-functional requirements and their impact on product qualityData-driven: able to analyze user feedback, track product metrics and KPIs, and use them to inform backlog prioritiesUpper-Intermediate Spanish (B2+) - required for direct communication with client managementUpper-Intermediate English (B2+) - required for work with cross-functional delivery team
AND YOU WANT TOManage and continuously refine the product backlog - prioritize based on business value and customer impactContribute to product roadmap planning and communicate progress and scope to client stakeholdersCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and actionableLead discovery activities: workshops, hypothesis validation, user researchAnalyze user feedback and product performance metrics to drive informed backlog decisionsSupport product KPI and OKR tracking, linking business goals directly to backlog priorities
