Summary of the Position
While Straumann is a market leader in dental implants, we are seeking talent to build a new market segment in Orthodontics across Western Europe. The Orthodontic Territory Manager (TM) will focus on acquiring new customers and developing existing ones for ClearCorrect, generating case submissions and production in their designated territory. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of performing with limited supervision.
In this role, you will…
* Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new cases and sales revenue.
* Make calls, conduct virtual meetings, and visit customers in person.
* Deliver sales presentations highlighting product benefits, value propositions, and competitive advantages to attract new customers and increase share among existing ones.
* Develop and communicate clear proposals and quotations.
* Train clinic staff, motivate them to promote ClearCorrect to patients, and support patient growth activities.
* Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams to provide excellent service, address requests, and resolve complaints.
* Organize patient growth activities such as open houses and seminars; support T&E activities like study clubs and circles.
* Analyze territory potential, identify opportunities, and craft sales strategies to maximize growth and ROI.
* Report activities through CRM and use dashboards for visibility and follow-up.
* Meet sales targets and other KPIs as set by management.
* Develop growth plans for core customers and prospects to establish reference clients and local 'lighthouses.'
* Participate in trade shows and industry events.
* Stay informed about product applications, market conditions, competitors, and promotional trends.
* Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends for product development and service improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience; dental / medical background is a plus.

* Ability to analyze data and generate reports on key metrics.
