<p>We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Process Manufacturing environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SCADA platforms such as Wonderware (AVEVA InTouch) and Siemens WinCC, with proven experience in supporting or enabling new production line implementations and plant expansion initiatives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing and automation initiatives.</p><p>· Work closely with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to translate operational needs into functional solutions.</p><p>· Create and manage EPICs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications.</p><p>· Support implementation and integration of new production lines using SCADA and industrial automation platforms.</p><p>· Coordinate with system integrators, automation teams, and enterprise application teams during project delivery.</p><p>· Perform functional validation, testing support, and business acceptance coordination.</p><p>· Drive stakeholder management across business and IT teams.</p><p>· Leverage AI tools and modern digital practices to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and day-to-day project delivery activities.</p><p>· Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and manufacturing platforms.</p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><p>· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.</p><p>· Hands-on experience with:</p><p>o Wonderware SCADA (AVEVA InTouch)</p><p>o Siemens WinCC</p><p>· Strong understanding of process manufacturing operations.</p><p>· Experience in implementing or supporting new production lines in manufacturing plants.</p><p>· Proven expertise in requirement gathering, EPIC/User Story creation, and stakeholder management.</p><p>· Experience in functional testing and solution validation.</p><p>· Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.</p><p>· Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.</p><p>· Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.</p><p>Preferred Experience</p><p>· Experience in dairy industry manufacturing environments wil</p>
