Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a multi-level culinary strategy tailored to different service tiers
* Guarantee consistency, quality, and scalability in all kitchen operations
* Manage a multi-kitchen setup, including centralized production
* Design and refine processes and systems for high-volume output
* Lead, mentor, and structure a large culinary team
* Prioritize cost management and operational excellence
* Contribute to culinary concepts for events and diverse service formats
* Align culinary execution with business goals
Profile Requirements:
* Extensive experience in high-volume operations
* Proven track record in scaling culinary production for large volumes
* Strong expertise in kitchen organization, systems, and operational leadership

* Solid grasp of cost control and commercial factors
