Position Overview:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM) Distributor Manager, you will manage and develop key distribution accounts for tyres across all segments. Your responsibilities include achieving sales, profitability, and service level objectives, along with strategic planning, P&L analysis, and coordination with logistics, supply, and finance teams. You will work closely with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and report directly to the Regional Director for Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with major distribution partners to maximize profitability and sustainability.
* Develop annual commercial plans and growth strategies for each key account aligned with company goals.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, contractual conditions, promotional activities, and sell-out initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze customer-specific P&L to ensure margins and profitability.
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure stock levels and on-time deliveries.
* Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning and sales teams.
* Identify new business opportunities and product development prospects.
* Prepare performance reports and market analyses.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within automotive, tyre distribution, or industrial sectors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and logistics/supply chain processes.
* Experience managing multichannel accounts (B2B, retail, e-commerce).
* In-depth knowledge of the tyre market across segments.
* Proficient in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM systems).
* Willing to travel frequently within national and regional territories.
* Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Strong customer focus and value-driven mindset.
* Teamwork, leadership, and collaborative spirit.
