Your Role as a .NET Developer
You’ll bridge design and development, translating user needs into functional, visually clean applications. Working primarily on the front end with ASP.NET WebForms, you’ll also collaborate across the back end to ensure seamless data flow and application performance.
What You’ll Do
- Work across the full stack, contributing to C# and SQL back-end components
- Develop, maintain, and enhance user-facing systems that support daily operations
- Ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability while continuing work from a key outgoing developer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine usability and design
- Participate in regular review and interview sessions
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer, with strong front-end expertise
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET WebForms
- Ability to code and design directly (not relying on drag-and-drop designer tools)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and data integration
- A problem-solving mindset, clean coding habits, and attention to detail
