CI Business Partner Ingredients - Your future role?
As the CI Business Partner Ingredients you will be the key point of contact for CoE OPEX topics with Regional Ops. team. Accountable for deploying the CoE strategy for CI, Maintenance, Utilities and Operations Technology (OT) in the region. Owns globally the assigned CoE OpEx Pillar(s).
In this role you can be based in Sant Celoni (Spain) or Pomacle (France).
You will report directly to the Head of COE CI.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Coach, upskill Site CI team in the assigned region
Identify organisational gaps and support local engineering organisational design and development
Support local CI talent and career development, including selection process and onboarding
Functional management OpEx:
Influence organization behavior via Strategy Deployment (Mission and Vision)
Act as Business partner with regional ops Head and site Heads in all OpEx dimensions (CI, MT, Util', OT) through Regional Operation Strategy Deployments, including the prioritization of rollout/deployment of initiatives at regional level
Co-identify projects pipeline together with regional operation and regional Functions (IM&S, SC, Q, EHS, Sustainability…), prioritisation and CoE tracking
Expertise
Own and/or contribute to OpEx Pillar work, including content ownership and development
Create, deploy (train, mentor, coach, assess, certify and track) and own OPEX Methodologies/Tools/Standards (OEE, PS, Belts, SD, VPMS…)
Own and lead combined maturity assessment and recommend improvements to sites
Support development of EHS, Q,ManEx standards and report the application of the ones linked to our processes
Performance Management
Own the definition and monitoring of OPEX metrics (OEE, VPMS, 5S, Maintenance, Utilities, etc.)
Implement & Coach the operation performance reviews
Conduct internal and external OPEX benchmark in our areas in collaboration with partner functions
Your professional profile includes:
Master's Degree in chemistry, food, engineering..
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Min. 10 years in Engineering and/or Manufacturing
Experience in working with diverse cultures and multi-discipline specialists
Experience in complex/matrix organizations
Experience in driving major OpEx projects
Solid practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 6-sigma / TPM
Basic knowledge on OT and digital solutions (e.g. MES)
Proficiency in financial concepts (e.g. OpEx, NPV, IRR, RoI) and tools (e.g. PPM)
Expertise in Problem Solving and OEE
Ability to conduct brainstorming sessions and workshops for complex cases across multi-functional teams
