Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations across all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
Good level of English and Spanish.
