PSales Product Specialist - (B2B SaaS – Hospitality Tech) /ppbLocation: /bRemote / Hybrid /ppPlease note this role will focus on the DACH market and requires a professional level of German language skills /ppbr/ppI’m currently partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operating in the hospitality technology space. /ppbr/ppTheir platform helps hotels and lodging providers significantly increase direct bookings and drive meaningful revenue growth. With thousands of customers globally and strong backing from international investors, the business is now scaling its go-to-market organisation and hiring a bSales Product Specialist / Pre-Sales profile /b to sit at the intersection of bproduct, sales, and GTM execution /b. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppThis is a highly commercial, product-facing role focused on bsupporting sales conversations, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving early customer adoption of new products and features /b. /ppbr/ppYou’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech, acting as the product expert in customer-facing situations, translating customer needs into clear value propositions, and helping turn product ideas into revenue. /ppbr/ppThis role is well-suited to someone from a bpre-sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or GTM background /b who enjoys being close to customers and influencing deals through strong product knowledge. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Be Doing /b /pulliAct as the bproduct specialist in live sales cycles /b, supporting discovery, demos, and use-case validation /liliPartner with Sales to articulate product value and improve deal outcomes /liliSupport go-to-market initiatives for new products and features, from early validation through to first customers /liliRun customer interviews, feedback sessions, and proof-of-concept discussions /liliCollaborate with Product and Tech teams to shape MVPs and refinements based on market feedback /liliTrack product adoption, customer feedback, and commercial signals to inform prioritisation /liliHelp refine messaging, enablement materials, and demo narratives /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat They’re Looking For /b /pulli3+ years’ experience in a bsales-facing product role /b (Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Product Marketing, GTM, or similar) /liliStrong commercial mindset with confidence in customer-facing environments /liliAbility to explain complex products clearly and persuasively /liliExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing /liliData-driven approach to validating ideas and measuring impact /liliProactive, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-moving scale-up /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have: /b /pulliExperience in Hospitality Tech, Travel Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech /liliFamiliarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce /liliExposure to MVP launches, beta programmes, or early product rollouts /liliFluent German and professional English /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy This Opportunity? /b /pulliA role positioned bdirectly between product and revenue /b /liliHigh ownership and visibility within a scaling SaaS organisation /liliReal influence on how products are positioned, sold, and adopted /liliCollaborative, low-ego culture with strong growth ambitions /liliCompetitive salary and bonus structure /liliFlexible working setup with regular team meet-ups and events /li /ulpbr/ppPlease don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about the role. /p
