The Country Manager France is responsible for driving the commercial success of the company in the French market. In addition to full ownership of local market performance, the role includes broader performance marketing responsibilities contributing to overall sales growth of Saal Digital including customer acquisition, and campaign execution across selected markets (beyond France).

Market & Business Management (France)
\n
Own and develop the French market strategy in line with company objectives
\n
Identify and execute opportunities for business development and partnerships
\n
Act as the main point of contact for all France-related business matters
\n
Marketing & Growth Responsibilities (Cross-Market)
\n
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
\n
Contribute to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives
\n
Coordinate with central marketing teams on brand positioning and messaging
\n
Localize marketing content and ensure cultural and linguistic relevance
\n
Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization measures
\n
Support CRM, retention, and customer engagement initiatives
\n
Contribute to performance marketing initiatives (e.g. paid media, SEO, partnerships)

Brand & Communication
\n
Ensure consistent brand representation across all French channels
\n
Drive local PR activities, influencer collaborations, and partnerships
\n
Act as a brand ambassador for the company in France
\n
Monitor customer feedback and ensure brand reputation management
\n

Coordinate with product, design, and tech teams to reflect local market needs

Share best practices and insights from the French market with other regions

Track KPIs for market performance and marketing effectiveness

Use data insights to support decision-making and strategic planning

Strong understanding of the French consumer market, ideally in e-commerce or photo products

Experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles
\n
Native French and fluent in English
