Job Description
Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, we have multiple opportunities within Industrial, Science & Technology projects and are looking for Project Controls Professionals with proven experience of delivery to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities
* Lead the schedule development lifecycle for one or more projects, from high-level planning to detailed execution.
* Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the extended project management team to create schedules.
* Develop and manage the Owner’s schedule, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
* Verify that contractor schedules and reports contain all relevant scope and elevate when lacking.
* Track and summarise schedule performance (e.G., s‑curves, critical and sub‑critical paths, planned vs. actual variance, float trend, start‑finish curves, etc), providing stakeholders with clear and actionable reports.
* Develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules.
* Undertake “what if” / scenario analysis on schedules.
* Frequent visits to the construction site to provide team support, nurture relationships and assess the progress of the project.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.
Qualifications
* Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management is required preferably within the Industrial, Manufacturing, Life Sciences / Pharma or associated sectors.
* BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred.
* Expert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
* Ability to coordinate/organise multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to develop good working relationships with project team.
* Fluent in both Spanish and English.
