Eviden is searching for aR&D Software Engineer tojoin our dynamic R&D MLOps Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of information and AI tecnologies.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and document software to introduce new features in an AI/MLOps software platform.
* Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements, such as cybersecurity, maintainability, and performance.
* Integrate and deploy open-source AI applications (e.g., Kubeflow, MLFlow, vLLM) using Docker and Kubernetes.
* Set up and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with GitHub Actions.
* Write unit and integration tests to ensure high software quality.
* Review and provide feedback on Pull Requests from team members.
* Develop use-case examples (e.g., Generative AI, Computer Vision) to showcase platform capabilities.
* Prepare technical reports to document progress.
Education
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
* 3+ years of experience in Python or Go programming.
* 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes.
* Proficiency with version control tools like Git or GitLab.
* Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
* Advanced expertise in Linux environments.
* English level B2..
Additional Knowledge
* Experience with Kubeflow or MLFlow.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or similar services.
* Knowledge of data analytics and Machine Learning frameworks.
Competencies
* Fluency in English.
* Good writing and presentation skills.
* Strong personal soft skills sets: Communicative, enthusiastic, highly collaborative, proactive, self-driven.
* Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.
