Key Responsibilities:
* Full management of air export and import shipments.
* Coordination with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners.
* Preparation and control of shipping documentation: AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.
* Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues or delays.
* Direct communication with clients, offering timely and tailored logistics solutions.
* Liaison with customs agents to ensure proper clearance procedures.
