Tech-transfer project manager. Neuraxpharm is looking for people who want to make a difference and improve patients’ lives within the CNS area. Neuraxpharm is based in Barcelona with a hybrid role. This is a mission-driven role focused on coordinating and leading corporate technology transfer activities across the organization, managing cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory requirements, and supporting the transfer of products from development to manufacturing or commercialization.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of PMO & Launch Management, coordinate and lead corporate technology transfer activities across the organization.
Drive value creation by leading and executing projects mainly tech-transfers from CMO to CMO.
Manage cross-functional and cross-country project teams, ensuring good communication between all departments.
Plan and coordinate all activities across a project.
Ensure the project is delivered in time, with quality and within budget, supporting the change management processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of the specific local requirements of each country.
Develop project charters and implementation plans and lead kick-off, follow-up, and project-closure meetings.
Provide monthly reports on the status of all projects and maintain the project management tool (Smartsheet).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
5 years’ experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to work independently.
Project planning, negotiation, conflict management, independence, cooperation, results orientation, initiative and critical thinking, training experience and teamwork ability.
Knowledge of the tech-transfer process in the pharmaceutical industry.
Accreditation in a project management discipline highly preferred (e.G., Project Management Professional PMI).
