What we look for: We seek a Product Owner / Business Analyst for Core Banking with experience in IT delivery projects for large financial institutions.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
1. Owning and creating the product backlog of user stories, leading backlog prioritization during sprint planning.
2. Refining user stories to ensure readiness for development.
3. Ensuring all user stories meet the Definition of Done and Ready criteria.
What we expect from you:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
* Project and program management skills, including backlog control and stakeholder interaction across IT, operations, business, and back-office areas.
* Experience with Core Banking systems and knowledge of credit products and lifecycle.
* Understanding of collections and cloud architectures, preferably AWS.
* English proficiency at B2+ level.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
