Client is a global FIAT + Stablecoin payment network enabling businesses to move money across borders through compliant, scalable infrastructure.

* USD, EUR, GBP named virtual accounts
* USDC / USDT on and off-ramps
* International SWIFT
* First-party and third-party flows

Client's customers include fintechs, payroll platforms, PSPs, MSBs, SaaS wallets, and cross-border B2B operators.

Client is scaling aggressively in the US and Europe and seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition.

Role Summary

This is a pure hunter role.

You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new enterprise clients across the US and Europe, targeting high-volume, high-complexity payment use cases.

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through commercial negotiation and signed agreement.

Account expansion and ongoing management will be handled by a dedicated Account Management team post-launch.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a 3–4x quota pipeline
* Prospect fintechs, payroll platforms, PSPs, treasury teams, and cross-border B2B operators
* Identify high-TPV opportunities ($5M–$100M+ monthly volume)
* Multi-thread within enterprise organizations
Complex Sales Cycles
* Run discovery with CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Payments, and Operations
* Map FIAT + stablecoin flows
* Structure corridor pricing and commercial agreements
* Navigating compliance-heavy onboarding processes
Strategic Deal Structuring
* Model TPV, margins, and pricing tiers
* Close multi-currency and multi-rail opportunities
* Align internal compliance, product, and operations teams
Requirements
* 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
* Experience selling payments, FX, banking infrastructure, or fintech APIs
* Proven ability to close 6- and 7-figure annual revenue deals
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting
* Deep understanding of the US and/or European payments landscape
* Highly analytical and commercially driven
* Existing fintech network in the US or EU
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling to regulated financial institutions
* Stablecoin or digital asset knowledgeUncapped commission
* Accelerators for exceeding quota
* Bonus incentives for multi-currency adoption
* Incentives for strategic corridor expansion
