Your responsibilities will include:

* Receiving and registering complaints.
* Investigating quality incidents and analyzing causes.
* Managing analyses and tests.
* Preparing reports and responses to customers.
* Implementing corrective actions.
* Managing complaints comprehensively.
* Providing technical assistance to customers.

Minimum qualifications:

* University Degree.
* Experience in customer service roles.
* English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
* Proficiency in office tools.
* Good social and communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
