Prod Compliance Sr. Associate with Dutch, Integral Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC)
The Global Solutions Risk and Compliance (GSRC) team ensures that Amazon transactions satisfy legal and safety requirements in accordance to the guidelines across general marketplaces. We proactively identify risks involved for Amazon while doing business in various countries and enable smooth flow of products across international borders. A Senior Compliance Associate is responsible for protecting Amazon customers from products that are illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited / regulated by Law and Amazon policies.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Review the latest product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross‑check it against relevant regulatory documentation.
- Classify products using Amazon‑specific tools and systems to ensure they meet the necessary compliance requirements for availability on Amazon.
- Work closely with your manager and Process Experts, addressing any deviations from standard SOPs and seeking guidance when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work, ensuring you meet Quality, Productivity and Service Level Agreement targets.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to reduce manual effort, such as automating reports using Excel queries.
- Share feedback on the team's SOPs, contributing to the ongoing refinement of operational processes.
- Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions, contributing with your expertise and learnings.
- Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process‑level training.
Required Skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, pivot tables, data validation, cell referencing).
- Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.

With a diverse global team spanning across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, Philippines and Costa Rica, GSRC partners with its stakeholders to classify products and ensure regulatory and legal compliance for product listings. The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as performance bonuses, where applicable. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements. Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well‑being). The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 7,500 monthly.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- English B2+ proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Dutch B1+ proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel tool as per role requirements (filtering and sorting in data sets, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- German A2+ proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar fields.
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance.
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
- Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
- Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
