Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
* SERVICE LEVEL: Order Fill
o Control stocks through deep management of OTCD, distributors, and DCs' orders versus inventory.
o Supervise orders and product codes, adjusting them to available stocks and managing changes such as pricing, sizing, promotions, launches, TPO, etc.
* ORDER MANAGEMENT
o Make changes to DC requests (to reduce stockouts) depending on product availability, as well as modifying direct client orders in WMS for the products, taking required freshness into account.
o Review all incomplete pallet inventory status to assign them to DC or group peaks for pallet mounting. Inform planners daily of references/substitutions made.
o Check daily all picking cases generated by the plant and assign them to the DCs.
o Identify misread pallets in the plant and communicate with execution for correction.
o Manage order modifications.
o Maximize truck volume, support product availability.
o Identify stock with a high risk of obsolescence, low turnover, surplus allocations, or products that cannot be sent to OT due to short shelf life.
* 3PL MANAGEMENT:
o Manage daily movements to and from the 3PL to ensure required quantities are available at the different locations.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
* University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* High level of English proficiency and Spanish domain.
* Proficiency in office tools at an advanced level. Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Oracle, Discoverer, PowerPoint, and other administrative tools.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Autonomous: essential ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
* The individual must possess strong communication/facilitation skills to build and maintain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites, being flexible in their approach to achieving collective goals.
* Ability to make decisions in critical moments.
