Now we're looking for a Junior Demand Planner Citrus to join our team, supporting demand planning, forecasting, reporting and supply-demand alignment for the citrus category.

Here's what you will do:

Support global citrus demand planning by preparing forecasts, tracking volumes and maintaining accurate planning data. You will work closely with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Commercial, Logistics and Quality teams to turn market inputs, historical data and seasonal patterns into clear planning insight.

This is an analytical and operational role focused on forecast accuracy, volume visibility, reporting and weekly supply-demand balancing. You will help identify gaps, surpluses and risks early, supporting contingency planning for crop delays, shortages, demand spikes and other seasonal challenges.

Some key responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain citrus demand forecasts using historical data, seasonal patterns and market inputs.
• Track weekly citrus volumes versus forecast, highlight deviations and support forecast accuracy and bias improvements.
• Maintain demand planning systems, ensuring data integrity and reliable reporting.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and S&OP materials covering forecast performance, volume trends and KPIs.
• Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and seasonal demand patterns.
• Support weekly supply-demand balancing, helping identify gaps, surpluses and contingency actions.
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, origin, commercial and quality teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

What you need to bring:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or data analysis, including internships.
• Exposure to FMCG, fresh produce, seasonal products or categories such as citrus, avocados, olives, pomegranates or stone fruit is advantageous.
• Strong Excel, reporting, data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of forecasting fundamentals and basic supply chain processes.
• Fluent English;
  Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
