B2B RECURSOS HUMANOS is seeking a LUXURY RENTAL RECEPTIONIST for a consolidated Business Group dedicated to services in Tourism, short-term rentals, and flexible accommodations.
The selected candidate will serve as the main liaison between the company and its guests, using platforms such as Marriott Homes & Villas, Airbnb, Vrbo, and corporate clients. The goal is to ensure every guest has a 5-star experience from initial contact.
Job Functions:
1. Provide exceptional support to guests via WhatsApp, email, and phone, acting as the main point of contact.
2. Build long-term relationships with guests.
3. Coordinate communication with other departments and management.
4. Respond promptly to all inquiries across platforms throughout the day.
5. Enter bookings and leads into the PMS, maintaining up-to-date records.
6. Address guest queries and provide unique experiences to convert inquiries into bookings.
7. Track leads and update the PMS accordingly.
8. Coordinate the booking process from contract to payment and deposit return with the administrative team.
9. Generate and send booking reports and obtain owner approvals.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or Higher Training in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
* Specialized training as a receptionist is advantageous.
* Strong relationship-building skills and diverse interests.
* Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus.
* Understanding of luxury travel and clientele.
* Positive, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, analyze, and meet deadlines.
* Friendly, precise, and committed to excellence.
* Ability to manage own schedule while following company standards.
* Proactive, versatile, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent typing, technological, and platform skills (OTAs, PMS, etc.).
* Strong organizational, sales, and customer relationship skills.
* Knowledge of company culture and luxury rental standards.
* Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, telephone, PMS systems, and data management.
* Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
