Responsibilities
* Receive orders and input them into the system.
* Maintain updated sales data such as offers, rates, addresses, deadlines, transportation, contacts, etc., and provide this information upon request.
* Keep sales records.
* Update data related to payments, charges, etc.
* Manage documentation for letters of credit.
* Negotiate and confirm delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with the accounting department regarding billing procedures and manage invoicing.
* Provide necessary data and documents for credit documentation.
* Support sales personnel administratively.
* Disseminate product information within the company and to clients.
* Forecast product demand and inventory levels.
* Handle customer complaints and claims.
* Review daily orders blocked for credit and liaise with credit departments to resolve issues.
* Organize shipments according to delivery deadlines.
* Create shipment units, including all deliveries.
* Coordinate with transporters for pickups during tendering or per client.
* Maintain daily load information on SharePoint.
* Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO, COAs, etc.).
* Process daily invoicing and envelope invoices for clients without email delivery.
