Job Description
The Gameloft Barcelona Studio have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Game Community Manager to join their team working on Disney Speedstorm.
As a Senior Game Community Manager, you will be part of a passionate team of social media & community experts dedicated to creating rewarding community experiences for our engaged players & fans worldwide. Your main responsibilities include defining, developing & managing community content & experiences to keep players entertained & engaged. You will work with a Game Community Manager to care for the communities & relay feedback to improve player experiences. Passion for gaming communities and a love for Disney are essential.
Community Channel & Content Strategy — 50 to 60%
* Develop and produce evergreen content strategies for social media channels aligned with game priorities.
* Coordinate with the Licensor to ensure plans meet standards and are appealing.
* Provide the community with patch notes, tutorials, promotions, and event info.
* Manage content creation processes to ensure consistent, optimized content flow and ROI.
* Track and analyze community & content KPIs, ensuring quarter-over-quarter growth.
Campaign & Community Activation — 20%
1. Plan and execute community activations supporting major game milestones.
2. Analyze campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with influence, marketing, live ops, and other teams to amplify activations.
4. Develop conversational approaches to strengthen community bonds.
5. Work with Junior Community Manager to ensure coverage, moderation, and engagement improvements.
6. Implement frameworks for community safety, crisis management, and customer satisfaction.
7. Analyze conversations for insights to improve community and content experiences.
8. Develop and promote UGC across channels.
9. Achieve community growth, engagement, retention, sentiment, and satisfaction targets using available tools.
Planning & Project Management — 20%
10. Plan, pitch, and iterate community experiences with the Licensor.
11. Coordinate with game teams for community projects.
12. Use tools to analyze content impact and propose improvements.
13. Conduct industry benchmarking and trend analysis.
14. Participate in global projects and create presentations for ideas, plans, and insights.

Qualifications
19. 5+ years in a similar role in the gaming industry

24. Relationship-building skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
