As the People Manager, you will be responsible for driving the People operations for our Spanish subsidiary. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement people strategies that enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and talent management, ensuring we maintain a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Oversee end-to-end People operations and the employee lifecycle management.
Manage the recruitment process, from talent acquisition strategies to onboarding.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations.
Manage performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Supervise the data sent to the payroll, which is processed by the HQ team.
Lead organizational development efforts, driving change management and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of People practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and payroll.
~ Experience in leading People operations in a global or regional capacity is highly desirable.
~ Excellent knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
