POSITION OVERVIEW
We offer a great opportunity to join our growing eCommerce team in Barcelona hub. This entry-level position requires highly analytical and business-oriented individuals who are results-driven and passionate about beauty and eCommerce. You'll receive comprehensive in-house training to excel in this role. The recruitment process will include assessments of your analytical, reasoning and Excel skills.
This fast-paced role is responsible for being a key contributor to our Luxury division's eCommerce team, working with renowned brands such as Elizabeth Arden and fragrances such as Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears… This role will be managing Spain, Germany and Italy marketplaces.
Its key member of the eCommerce team and provides essential support in managing business, has an operational focus on the execution of online sales strategies and data analysis to optimize performance. Setting the e-retail strategy for each account and execution with the full support of cross-functional teams. Owner of this high-growth area of the business. Creative commercial thinker to support the execution of promotional programs, analyse the results and optimise based on the performance.
MAJOR DUTIES
1- Drive sales performance to deliver sell out targets per each market (monitor sell out performance KPIs, remove roadblocks, seek for new opportunities to improve customer experience).
2- Optimize Digital Shelf: build and maintain high-quality product pages, including content, images, multimedia, SEO optimization, and A+ content to improve IDQ score. Manage and optimize Brand Stores for enhanced customer experience.
3- Amazon Advertising: Assist in the development and execution of Amazon Advertising campaigns to drive brand visibility and product sales. Track and report on advertising metrics and KPIs.
4- Order Management: Work closely with Customer Service to resolve order-related issues.
5- Catalogue Management: Create new product listings (NPDs) on Amazon to expand product offering. Monitor and update product availability, obsoletes, rephasing and updates.
6- Build Digital Footprint: Assist in managing influencer marketing strategies to drive conversion.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: 1-2 years + Engineering/Business bachelor
