INCIDENT MANAGER (PRESENCIAL)

We are seeking a Level 2 Systems Technician with experience as an Incident Manager in a telecommunications project. The role is 100% onsite in L'Hospitalet del Llobregat.
Responsibilities
* Analyze executed changes to improve risk assessment mechanisms, reduce unanticipated impacts, and enhance preventive controls.
* Apply alert and incident analysis methodologies to propose improvements, reduce crises, and manage problems actively.
* Ensure the reliability of the observability platform.
* Coordinate and promote follow-up on action plans for incidents and changes, managing risks.
* Manage high-impact or risky changes, ensuring minimal impact.
* Handle incidents, coordinating technically and taking full responsibility for resolving high-impact issues to restore service swiftly.
* Maintain documentation related to these tasks.
* Monitor involved providers and coordinate improvement actions.
* Extract daily change data and assign to N2 after triage.
* Review data on critical service changes for compliance with internal regulations.
* Organize eCABs to ensure proper implementation of changes resolving major incidents.
* Identify and create problems when root causes are unknown or anomalies are detected.
* Follow up on action plans for managing and correcting root causes of incidents.
