Do you have experience in technical sales within industrial environments and are motivated by an international challenge?
We are looking for a Sales Area Manager for the European market to join a world-leading multinational company in its sector, with six manufacturing plants and a presence across five continents.
Main responsibilities:
* Execute the annual sales plan and achieve volume, margin, and cash flow targets.
* Manage and retain clients across Europe.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Negotiate commercial terms with manufacturers and distributors.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Engineering).
* Participate in trade fairs and conduct regular business visits.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial/technical products.
* Experience in international and multicultural environments.
* High level of English (C1) and intermediate German (B2).
* Availability to travel frequently across Europe.
* Advanced knowledge of Office tools and CRM systems.
