As Global Key Account Manager you are responsible for the strategic development and support of our global key accounts. You will acquire customers in the fashion industry and work closely with them on an international level to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in further expanding our position as a leading lighting provider in the fashion industry and be responsible for the central expansion of our lighting products in stores.
1. Identify, acquire and select potential global key customers in fashion retail industry.
2. Build and further develop strong customer relationships on a global level to further grow the business.
3. Conduct needs assessments and set milestones, deliverables and targets to understand the individual requirements and needs of key global customers and provide tailored solutions.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to ensure long-term and profitable partnerships with global key customers.
5. Develop and implement long-term business strategy for working with global key
6. customers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market presence.
7. Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments such as local key account managers and bid managers.
8. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to take informed business development decisions and recommendations related to global key customers.
Your profile
9. Proven experience in international fashion retail business in a professional environment, managing senior Stakeholders, ideally in combination with key account management
10. Experience in using a CRM, ERP system (e.g. SAP), Microsoft Office
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
12. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
13. Strong willingness to travel
14. High team and customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking & acting
15. English and Spanish fluently spoken and written, other languages such as German, Italian, Portuguese or Swedish are an advantage.
